SEWING CONTEST:
The contest starts August 15th and ends on August 22, no exceptions. This is not a beginner pattern. There are no videos. The steps are illustrated, but there are no actual photos. This pattern is a good fit for those able to work with commercially printed patterns. You'll need to be familiar with sewing piping. The pattern is designed to be sewn on a domestic machine.
The rules are:
Two winners will be chosen. One bag will have the angled flap, the other will be straight and square at the corners.
Photographs must be clear and of excellent quality. I will have permission to use them in advertising or on social media. The photos must show all sides of the bag, the bottom and the interior.
The sewing must be professional and the bag should be sewn at the size given in the pattern.
Hardware may be different, but the handles and the rest of the bag pieces must be present. The closure straps may be altered.
The required interfacing must be used to provide structure.
Fabric, vinyl, or garment weight leather can be used alone or in combination.
You may enter more than once by sewing more than one bag. In the event that one person makes two bags and wins the contest, one prize will be given.

PDF patterns are non-refundable. If you do not win, you will not receive a refund. However, if you do win, you will receive a prize equal to your purchase price.
Previous testers of this pattern are not eligible.
