I want to thank everyone who has booked with us for the 2026 season. We have done our best to fill the void created by the closing of McGuffey Tent. Mr. McGuffey had a huge operation and it is a huge void but we are doing our best.
With that being said, we are already booking weddings for the 2027 summer. I have attached some photos of a recent wedding tent setup for a 40x80 with cathedral sides. This setup looks great for a homestead wedding on your property. So if you want a date reserved, I would not wait.
With that being said, I already have quotes out for several weekends in 2027 plus my annual large events that I pencil in my calendar.
Next year will be our 5th year and with the early bookings, it will allow us to manage inventory and make decisions about future growth so we appreciate it.
Over the winter, we are going to add a dance floor plus some other wedding accessories as we try to add a little elegance and maybe a “fancy”.
With that being said…I am looking for a bride and groom planning a May Wedding in the Local area (Washington County, Noble County, Parkersburg area) where I will offer a full package of everything for a great deal in exchange for some ability to set up early to have time for decorations and the ability to take some photos and videos for future advertising.
Lastly, we will book through October 15 at our current prices; however, after that, there will be a price increase. We have held our prices at the same price for 4 years; however, the replacement price of tables and chairs have exploded and recently the price of new tents have also increased. There will not be an increase in everything but I am looking at rental costs verses replacement costs and how menu times I have to rent a tent to recoup the initial investment.
Again, we appreciate the support we have received over the past four years.
