An afternoon latte has become my favorite way to spend the 2–3 o’clock hour, especially when it’s in something that feels as good to hold as it does to use. Really excited to be working with on these handmade 9oz stoneware mugs, crafted in LA.

Microwave and dishwasher safe, with enough room for the latte drinkers like me.

We stopped using liquid soap for our body a few years ago. The big plastic jug, the artificial fragrance etc. I find the packaging with bar soap to be much more environmentally friendly (simple box), and less ingredients.

This laurel bar soap from is divine. Btw, the one in the picture has been used for a few weeks now between 2 people, daily. It holds up! FOUR INGREDIENTS. No frills, no chemicals, made by hand. We love in our home. I’m so excited to have Ya Habibi Market on our site as one of our core products when we launch in June.

This cotton twill lavender is creamy, dreamy and durable. Once prewashed and shrank, it’ll be ready for pressing and onto sewing.

The two-tone napkin rings are from Crimson King Maple x Eastern Red Cedar. The geometric shapes are from Cherry Wood from Michigan. These are limited quality! I can’t wait to share them with you.

Aza & Ari works with fabrics. Unused material that would otherwise be trash, or sit collecting dust until it was treated like trash.

It has the same quality without the excess. Small runs makes them more special anyways!

I’m Claire, the founder of Aza & Ari. I’m a mom of two small children, Sascha and Ilya (pictured). I’m so happy to be here with you, bringing quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design and trusted curation into your (probably busy) home. I come from generations of women who made beautiful things by hand. That’s always stayed with me and they’ve always inspired me.

It feels like the right time to support artisans and small business. To value quality over quantity. To notice the details, and to appreciate the work that goes into crafted goods. I want to invest in fewer, better things so I can spend more time with my family and friends. We can balance a busy life with intentional, aesthetic enjoyment.
