Moto racing madness in the shop now! 🏍️🏁💨 We’ve got a duo of Japanese motorcycle racing soundtracks, one anime and one live-action. Apparently motorcycles were synonymous with breezy grooves in 1980s Japan. Not sure we follow, but we’re also not complaining.

The Brazilian tinged fusion-funk of The Racers OST was composed for a 1984 documentary about the classic Bike GP rivalry between Takazumi Katayama of Japan and England’s Barry Sheene (check the clip in the second slide!).

If you need any parts for your own bike while you’re at the shop grabbing these two gems, our neighbors at are ready to help!

We’ve got some truly rare items up for grabs today, including two 45s by the godfather of harrowing psych-pop, Kourosh Yaghmaei, as well as a pair of ultra-rare beat/garage 45s by Djandjalha Band and Koliha Band, respectively. The latter two are extremely hard to find with covers, so these may be the first and last copies we find in this state.
