Before building what Juco is today, Aisea made the decision to walk away from the security of a 9 to 5 because he believed there was something bigger on the other side of comfort. There were no guarantees. No safety net. Just the belief that if he was willing to give everything he had building someone else's dream, he owed it to himself to build his own.
