As we navigate week three of the Chef being gone in Seattle on a family emergency, we appreciate your support and understanding. Molly and Peter will be working hard this week to keep all your favorites stocked. As you can see, our hours are a bit shorter than normal this week due to these trying times, but please, PLEASE, do come in!!! 💞

There are dark chocolate GF flourless tortes this week!! We offer whipped cream and our scratch made caramel drizzle too which makes it extra delicious! 🤤
As well as some GFV doughnuts! 🍩

Our Chocolatier Jubilee is on vacation this week and the Studio is closed, but if you need assistance please walk up to cafe for help. However, before she left, she worked tirelessly to produce a new selection of beautiful handcrafted bonbons for you!! 🤗

Good Morning!!! ☀️

The cafe will be opening at 9am this morning, sorry for the late notice. The Chef is still out of town for a family emergency and it has been a little tricky filling in the gaps. Peter will be greeting you this morning with freshly baked pastries and hot coffees! ☕️ We have a great selection of iced beverages as well for these hot days. 🧋
The sour cream coffee cake is back again this week too, so be sure to stop in for a slice.

Hello Friday! ☀️

📣 A little update from the Chef today. If you have been in to visit us this week, you have probably noticed maybe the pastries look a little bit different, the Hilder’s Goop might not be just like the Chef’s, or the smiles you see behind the counter are different than usual. That’s because I have a family emergency in Seattle this week and have called in the team to cover me and hold down the fort. I can guarantee you’re in great hands and Team Storyboard is rocking it in my absence! 😅👏🏼👊🏻 Jubilee, Molly, and my son Peter are doing their absolute best to maintain everything and keep the shops open. My daughter Audrey is also helping by watering plants, running errands, and washing shop towels. 💗
We might fall a little behind, but we sure appreciate your grace and understanding as we face this challenging time. I have already received several wonderful messages from our loyal customers praising the services received and sending well wishes. Thank you!!!!! That means so much to me as I put my focus here at Seattle Harborview. 🙏🏼
These are already very trying times for our small businesses, so I urge you to continue supporting all of us, so we can continue being here for you! 💞

Hello Friday! 🍩

TGIF 10% off every Friday and it’s doughnut day!!
We have our GFV chocolate baked doughnuts with our dark chocolate oat ganache frosting. Yum!!! And some with sprinkles on top too! 🥳
We have a nice selection of other GF treats as well.

Our featured bonbons, caramel praline and honey, are selling faster than we can make them, so come by soon to try one!! 🤤

Tomorrow we have another book signing with Chad Lewis and he has generously offered to donate 25% of his book sales to the Nippon Family Relief Fund. 💝 Please join us at 2pm!

Next Saturday the 13th we will host our monthly Sober Social for those looking for a mocktail happy hour. It’s $35 per person with two drinks, appetizers and treats! Please comment, message, or drop by to RSVP. 🍹

Saturday the 20th is our next swing dance at 4pm with $10 cover, lesson included, and 20% off treats and drinks. 💃🏻

Bonjour Vendredi! ☕️
Hello Friday! 💝

We are preparing for our anniversary day tomorrow with special bonbons, chocolate samples, watermelon lemonade samples, and we will have full cases of delicious pastries, treats, savory items, as well as our GFV chocolate doughnuts and flourless torte!!
Down the hall at our Candy Studio we have a selection of our bean to bar chocolates, as well as some really great candy from France, Italy, Turkey, and various small batch candy makers from the USA. Naturally colored (besides a few bonbons) and artificial free. 🥳

There’s also a Merk Market going from 10am-4pm

For our little part in supporting the Nippon families facing these devastating times, we will be donating 20% of anniversary proceeds to be deposited into the Longshoremen account at Red Canoe on Monday the 1st of June. ❤️‍🩹 So, if you’re wondering what specials or discounts we’re offering for Saturday’s event, it is giving back to our community. 🙏🏼

It has been so amazing to see all the support around town for disaster relief. 💝

📣 Closing at 5pm today, so I can go to our homeschool end of year programs. Thank you!

As we celebrate another year of serving this incredible community, our hearts are with the families affected by the devastating Nippon disaster.

During our anniversary celebration, we will be donating 20% of all sales to support local families and recovery efforts for those impacted.

This community has always shown up for one another in times of need, and we hope to do our small part to help bring relief, support, and hope during this difficult time.
