Hello reading people, I am sorry I have been out of the game, but I started a new career as an English teacher for 8th graders. That doesn't mean I've stopped writing, in fact, I adapted The X into a movie script and who knows Hollywood can call me. Please be patient as I will have some new things to write soon. Almost finished with another novel. ;)

Reading more than writing these days. I miss my work of crafting stories and building characters worlds, but I equally love teaching and for now this is my focus. But never fear...the imagination is still working. And don't give up on me.

It's interesting how you balance two passions in your life. Writing books is a deep passion for me, but teaching found it's way into my heart in an unbelievable way. So for now, I have to let my writing set as I pursue my Masters in Teaching. I know this is the right thing to do, I also know my writing will rest until I am ready to come back. Ain't life a kick??

I feel bad. I have neglected my books and my page as I moved into another part of my life, teaching. Finding balance is hard. However, I have begun transforming my books in to screenplays so I guess all is not lost.

Balancing life, work and writing is a true art. Sometimes the shift is too far one way. But one script is in editing process and have started another, so the writing juju is stronf in this one.

My friend and fellow author, Susy Flory, gave me a book about Esther the Wonder pig. Excited to have a fun read for the wiles of my spirtual retreat. She said these guys stoppes eating bacon...I'm fairly certain that will not be the outcome with me.
