🐓☀️ Morning chores with my favorite little assistant before heading into the candle studio!

We spent some time tending to the chickens and garden and now I’m working on some new summer scents that I can’t wait to share. 🌿🕯️

Not my post, but this was perfectly said 👌🏾

We had someone come in today and ask us,
“Why do your candles cost more than the candles I can buy at Walmart when they’re all the same?”

And I wanted to share this with everyone today because maybe we haven’t done a great job at explaining why our candles are so much different than those sold in the big box stores. All candles are not the same.

Every single candle that we sell is hand poured in small batches… 6 candles at a time, at the most. This helps guarantee quality and love in every single pour. Every single wick is placed and stuck by hand. Every single scent combination is stirred in every batch for a minimum of 2 minutes, promising a long lasting, consistent burn. We design, print, and apply all of our labels. We use 100% soy wax, non toxic fragrances, and cotton wicks. We also test our candles on a monthly rotation because we care so much about providing quality products.

On top of all of this, if you have a custom order or scent request, we are always always willing to help. We’ve found so much happiness in creating and pouring… we want everyone to feel that happiness and love with every candle purchase.

With that being said, there are so many other amazing small candle businesses and small businesses in general that appreciate any support that you show them. You make a huge difference.
Lastly, I want to thank everyone who continues to show up and support our little candle business. We couldn’t do this without you and we are thankful every single day. ❤️
