I was never prepared
to spend the rest of
my life
without you
A part of me
feels missing
A void has
settled in my heart,
a constant reminder
of your absence
The world seems
a little dimmer ,
as if a piece of its light
vanished with you
Each day feels like
a step through
a foggy landscape,
where memories of
our time together
flicker like distant stars
Every day brings
a new wave of memories,
both joyful and bittersweet,
that remind me of
the times we shared
I’ve learned to
cherish these moments ~
holding them close to my heart,
as a way to keep
your spirit alive
Though the
emptiness lingers,
I find comfort in
the love we had,
knowing it will be
a guiding light in my journey~
and that love transcends
even the boundaries of time
In moments of quiet,
I feel your presence ,
a gentle reminder that while
you may be gone from sight,
you are forever a part
of my heart
Though the pain
of losing you is profound,
I am grateful for the time
