All the tables were full today, so I grabbed a seat at the bar and ended up with the perfect close-up view of the barista’s workstation. I sketched the barista—he’s been working here for years—and even added a tiny self-portrait reflected in the metal pitcher.

Using pen and watercolors, I captured this cozy little hour in my sketchbook, turning an ordinary moment into something warm and sensory. 🌧️☕🎨
