Okay. This is mildly embarrassing. 😂

I am currently missing an alarming number of backdrop frames.

Not lost lost.

More like… “Gail has been doing events at 900mph and apparently her inventory tracking system was based largely on memory and ✨vibes✨” lost.

So we’re doing THE GREAT GRIMZLOW FRAME ROUNDUP.

If I’ve done an event for you recently and you still have a backdrop frame, stand, framing, or random piece of Grimzlow equipment hanging out in your garage/basement/venue — PLEASE MESSAGE ME. 😂

I’ll happily arrange a pickup!

And if you’ve been thinking, “I wonder when Gail is coming back for this thing…”

Apparently the answer is NOW.

Also, everyone say thank you to Janae, who is helping me get my s**t together and create an actual inventory/check-in/check-out system.

Because I wouldn’t be me without a little ADHD-induced chaos. 🫶😂

This one felt like summer. ❤️

Red gingham, baby blue, wicker, baby’s breath, bows… and quite possibly one of the prettiest backyard views I’ve ever gotten to work with.

The client sourced a lot of the pieces herself with some of my guidance, which I actually LOVE. Full-service design doesn’t have to mean I show up with every single thing. Sometimes you already own something, find the perfect piece online, or want to be involved in the process. Great. Send it to me. 😂 I’ll tell you if it works, what to pair it with and where we’re still missing something.

Then I come in and make it all make sense together.

For this one, we carried the gingham and that classic backyard-summer feel through everything - the backdrop, balloons, flowers, little bows, bar and even the napkins.

It was fun. A little nostalgic. Not overly themed. Just a really freaking cute backyard party. 🌭💙

I took a WHOLE weekend off. 😳
What!? I know. Crazy.

But I’m back, rested-ish 😂 and gearing up for the busiest month Grimzlow has had to date..and I’m so friggen excited.

ALSOOOO… if you haven’t heard yet, my newest baby, PICS - 📸 Selfie +Photography Studio officially opens THURSDAY. 💕📸

I would love love love if you stopped by this weekend, checked out the space, took some pics, and supported a whole bunch of really cool women doing really cool things. We’ve got a little Destination Handmade vendor show happening alongside Grand Opening Weekend, because apparently I only know how to open a business if I also turn it into an event. 😂

We have an AMAZING team behind PICS and I cannot wait to finally open those doors.

And Grimzlow isn’t slowing down either.
- Need balloons? I’m your girl.
- Full event design + setup? Yep.
- Custom foam cutouts? Absolutely.
- Have some weird, over-the-top idea and aren’t sure if it’s possible? Even better.
