Part of being a florist is educating people on best practices when it comes to ordering flowers. Please, while looking online, make sure you’re calling a REAL, LOCAL florist in the area you plan on sending flowers to. We receive so many phones calls, especially lately, from people who try to use these companies to find out they’re a scam.

We hear you, gentlemen! Roses are Red will be taking walk-in business tomorrow only at this point. We have a very large feel good project and thought we’d ask the community for your help. We have 152 arrangements to deliver on behalf of a very generous person who has chosen to remain anonymous, to deliver to 2 separate residential care homes for every resident there. We are asking if people can come and help caravan these flowers to these home for the residents. We are meeting at Roses are Red at 2546 Shasta Way at 10 am on Monday, 12/23. We will load the delivery for one home and then distribute to one home. Then go back to shop and load and deliver to the next home. Please leave a message here if you are available to assist us with this feel good project.

Roses are Red has collaborated with Nana’s and we are hosting a seasonal design workshop October 17th from 6-8. Drinks and goodies from Nana’s will be provided. Come join us and learn how to create floral designs utilizing pumpkins and locally grown, organic flowers. We’re so excited to collaborate and bring this to our community.
