People wonder why handmade things are priced higher than store bought items.

Just this small amount of mushroom earrings took three hours to create. They still need to bake in the oven for an additional hour, sanded, hand painted and jewelry added! 🥴

So next time you think twice about spending the money on hand crafted items just think about the time and love that goes into each and every piece ❣️

The mushroom festival 🍄 has always brought a bit of nostalgia for me. Growing up we’d walk around UP town, buying silly things with our parent’s money, thinking we were the COOLEST kids around, and possibly cause a bit of havoc!

Now you can find me riding on the back of a gator volunteering with my mom who is president of the festival!
