I am a newly published children’s book author. I am on the edge of releasing my first children's book with hopes of many more stories to come in an effort to support charities in areas that mean the world to me. This first book was especially personal to me, as I fractured my left radius bone in an avoidable snowboarding accident on opening day in 2023. My hope with this first release is to prevent avoidable traumatic injuries in children and young adults in the sport that I love. Above everything, safe practices begin with conversation.
