The was amazing, but it taught me 5 things about business:

1. It's important to share your light
2. Taking risks is a part of the journey, and mistakese will happen - grow from them!
3. You can't please everyone
4. Supprounding yourself with the right people will allow for any vision to grow.
5. Material things can never stand a chance against true connection and love. Always make time for those who matter.

This movie was such a vibe. Also, hubby did not understand the assignment...smh!

Setting up a table is always hard. Placement is everything. I want my table to look inviting but not overcrowded. So many items needs to be placed in the right spot that works not for me but for the customer.

Products, price, and marketing materials are all needed, and finding the right spot for them all on a 6ft table is a challenge at times. Either way, I like how this turned out, but I am looking for something to take it to the next level...the problem is I dont know what that thing is until I see it.

I might start making pet deodorizer candles in honor of Sy! What yall think?

After 3 years, we've decided it was time to expand the family. This lovely sweet dog was perfect just for us.

If you're thinking about getting a pet, check your local shelters. Some have other pets outside of cats and dogs. They might have bunnies, snakes, guinea pigs, etc.

The best part is that it is inexpensive. We got a whole puppy for less than $200, and that included all of his shots.

If you have a pet already and need to get shots, call the shelters they might have regular mobile clinics that provide low-cost or free shots for your furry family members.

90% of my business comes from either Google or word of mouth. The other 10% come from people stumbling into our space. Y'all have no clue how important reviews and the amazing pics you give me permission to use help my business thrive.

Thank you for all that you do for me. If you haven't shared your experience with someone, please do. I would appreciate it greatly. Classes on Fridays and Saturday. Registration is required at least 4 hours before the class.

Oh, and dont forget to restock on your candles if you haven't. Stop supporting businesses that support men who victimize women. Do your research. In case you want to know what I support - black maternal health, infant loss, the elderly and our youth.

These sweet young ladies' boyfriends are best friends. After hanging out during double dates, they realized that they wanted to grow a friendship outside of their partners. Their friendship is blossoming into something sweet, and I am happy to be a part of it.

The best part of it all i that this was their first candle making experience! I wish these ladies the best and years of new friendship adventures. ❤️

Let's be honest, not every class is going to be big. Does that bother me....the answer is a loud resounding NO!

It doesn't matter to me if it's a class of 1 or 100. Everyone leaves my space with the same experience. Yes, more people are a bit more fun because there is more for me to pull from, but I do my best to show appreciation to everyone who comes through our door.

This mother daughter valentines date (yes, I know very late post) came and had a wonderful time making candles and lipglosses. They were able to create a new memory, and I am thankful to be a part of it.
