A thriving eCommerce company is currently seeking reliable and energetic Warehouse Associates having good WMS experience to join our Fulfillment operations team in Jacksonville, Florida. These roles offer a strong growth path and a chance to be part of rapidly expanding operations.

Open Warehouse Associate Positions (Role Descriptions)

1. Inventory Receiving & Storage Associate
Responsible for accurately receiving inbound shipments, inspecting product quality, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, and safely storing goods in designated warehouse locations using scanning systems or manual logs.
Key Duties:
• Unload deliveries and confirm contents
• Drive forklift & lift loads up to 50lbs.
• Inspect items for damages or discrepancies
• Organize inventory in assigned areas
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during storage

2. Cycle Count & Stock Reconciliation Specialist
Focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy by performing scheduled cycle counts and resolving stock variances through detailed analysis and reporting.
Key Duties:
• Conduct routine cycle counts of designated areas
• Identify and correct stock discrepancies
• Report data to the warehouse supervisor and update records
• Assist in audits and inventory verification processes

3. Order Fulfillment associates (Picking, Packing & Preparation)
Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders by locating products, verifying item details, and packaging them to company standards for shipment.
Key Duties:
• Pick items from shelves using pick lists or scanning tools
• Verify item codes and quantities
• Package products securely and efficiently
• Stage orders for final shipment
• Drive forklift & lift loads up to 50lbs.

4. Product Labeling & Identification Coordinator
Handles precise labeling of items based on product specs, ensuring compliance with internal branding, tracking, and customer requirements.
Key Duties:
• Print and apply product labels per SKU and batch
• Maintain label accuracy and documentation
• Assist with barcode scanning and label systems
• Ensure labels are legible and aligned with inventory systems

5. Shipping & Dispatch Operator
Oversees final packaging and dispatching of orders, ensuring accuracy in tracking, paperwork, and carrier coordination.
Key Duties:
• Finalize orders and confirm shipment details
• Print packing slips and shipping labels
• Load packages for courier pickup or outbound transfer
• Track shipments and resolve carrier-related issues
• Drive forklift & lift loads up to 50lbs.

📍 Location: On-site position at our Jacksonville, FL, warehouse

Requirements & Qualifications.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Proficiency in English
