I didn’t know what to say when this happened.

Josh, and his wife came up to the table this weekend carrying so many goodies. They wanted every single one to go to kids at our shows. They didn’t want any credit for it. They just wanted the cards in the right hands.

They told me part of what inspired them was what we try to do at our table. I’ll share the other part with you guys in Part 2, but it was someone who was extremely special to the Pokémon community.

Every kid who walks away from our table with one of these cards will be carrying a little piece of this gift from these two, and of the love this community shows one another.

And they still weren’t done… Part 2 is coming soon, and it’s for someone even more special.

Chris and Stephanie walked into their very first card show, and the Slowbros decided to hook them up🙌

That should’ve been the end of the story… until Chris spotted something in our case.
He gave it a good look but wasn’t sure it was a big purchase and it just didn’t feel right…

Got called out at my own table 😂

Camilla walked up, looked right at me, and said “we saw the video.” Turns out she and Eleanor have been watching their video. Busted.

And they didn’t come empty handed. They brought me a gift! So of course they left with their arms full of packs and bracelets, and their dad grabbed a whole stack of cards on the way out.

My favorite kind of repeat customers are the ones who come back just to say hi.

They needed Pokémon, and Pokémon needed them ❤️

This past weekend at Aloha Waffle Bar 🌸 Kona Coffee, Brunch & Boba Jax,FL 🌸, I met Webb and his family. Before they came up to the table, his dad stopped by and told me they were having a tough time with Webb’s recent diagnosis. After the show, his mom Ali Hjelm told me how Pokémon has been Webb’s escape from life lately, and how this journey is healing them all.

This is why this hobby exists, and why being kind to one another means more than anything. You never know what someone could be going through.

So glad to have met you guys, and I can’t wait to see you again.

Remember Lucas, the kid who turned down extra money because it wouldn’t be right? He came to the show this past weekend just to see us.

He brought me a handmade card and his own handmade pack, filled with Slowbros. I love how this community always gives back to each other.

Lucas is a shining example of how this community should be and I hope you always stay this way bud.
I don’t think I’ve ever been handed something that meant more.
