Chris work long and hard to get this “Eagle, Globe, and Anchor” finished for her husband. She wouldn’t settle until she was happy with the results. This included changing the background color and changing it from a square to a circle.

Full – Fun – Fusing Class today at the Schoolhouse Studio!

The studio was full and everyone was busy creating their own fused glass projects — flowers, birds, colorful abstract pieces, and plenty of imagination. It’s always amazing to see how each student starts with simple pieces of glass and turns them into something completely different.

Lots of creativity in the room today and a great group of people around the tables. The kiln will take it from here!

If you have glass or supplies you’re no longer using, I’m interested. Whether you’re downsizing, closing a studio, or just ready to pass it along, I make the process simple.

I pay cash, will travel, pack everything up, and leave the area clean.

Send me a message with a few photos and a brief description of what you have. I’m located in Inverness, FL and will travel up to 100 miles (one way) depending on the size of the collection.

Most people make several projects. Projects will be 1 square foot or less.

Think Dragonflies, butterflies, turtles, flowers, frogs, anything you enjoy coming to life on glass!

This Is a fun, laid- back class. Students interact with each other. No particular skills necessary.
If you can put sticks together to make a
stick-figure, you can take this class and have fun at it. It’s a great way to get out of the house, have some fun and have a few laughs with fellow students. Great class for a group. Class is limited in size. Message for more information.

Both of these Christmas Trees are fused glass.
The first picture shows a tree made in some other studio somewhere. It’s available online for $130. (Plus shipping) The second tree was made by Mary Lynn in a fusing class, here at Cubby’s, very recently. It’s clear that you can make something more beautiful, right here, than you can find anywhere online. Great job Mary Lynn.

Marylynn finished her abstract. We realized our attempt to take pictures outside failed, so she took some good ones later on. This is the result of having a great piece of glass that you just don’t want to cut up. She added some embellishments and decorative soldering. It came out great.
