First small-batch launch is happening this Friday at 9am PST over at . We’ve created a limited run in the most gorgeous Matcha green, made from 100% cotton. This batch is slightly heavier—in the best possible way.

Working between Idyllwild and Los Angeles has definitely been a challenge, but I’ve always been someone who figures things out—so I’m pressing on.

I’ve been deep in the work, juggling production and life with the kids, and updates have taken a bit of a back seat.

Truthfully, I’m moving at a slower pace than I’d like… but I am making progress, and I’m choosing to be proud of that. Some days the frustration hits hard and I want to throw in the towel, but this matters too much. This is my shot at building something that can support me and my family.

So I let myself feel it, have the cry when I need to… and then I get back up and keep going.

Thanks for sticking with me while I figure out how to do all the things. I appreciate you!

Some highlights from my 10 hour workday. I only get two full days in Los Angeles a week so I try and get as much done as humanly possible.

On a sidenote, please stay tuned because within the next two weeks I’m going to post about a pre-order that I’m working on and yes, shipping will be available!

I don’t have a site yet so we will be following along where we will be doing our very first pre-order blanket launch! I can’t wait!!! Wish me luck 🫶🫶🫶

✨ Progress over perfection ✨

We’re not here to edit videos—we’re just showing up as we are. Here’s a little update: I’m too tired to make a reel tonight. Usually, I’m up until 3–4am making blankets when the kids are with their other parent, trying to make the most of every free minute.

Big week ahead! We’re focused on streamlining the blanket-making process and figuring out shipping. Wish me luck. 💛

It's been crickets over at Sheltered Co. since we locked up our factory for the last time and closed up shop as we knew it. I'm so happy to say that we're going to start making blankets as we're able to and announce the releases via our newsletter. Things has shifted quite dramatically, as we've scaled down to only one single blanket artist and gone back to our roots in the garage studio from my home.

The past 8 months have been rough and I’ve taken a long social media break (like literally having to reset the password because it's been so long), but I wanted to get back on and let everyone know what's going on. The best way to hear about blanket releases from now on will be via our newsletter (non-spammy and only when we release a few times a year). But! Just because we're not posting on social media doesn't mean that you can't—please share away and thanks for the ongoing support 💙
