Ingredients:
- Ground maple sausage
- American cheese slices
- Eggs
- Bagels
- Hot sauce of choice
- Butter

*Optional*
- Spicy Mayo
- Maple syrup

Instructions:
- Heat your Camp Chef Gridiron Gameday on medium low
- Sear and smash 1/4 lb balls of ground sausage
- Add American cheese slices on top to melt
- Cook eggs sunny side up or over easy for best results
- Throw butter down and toast buns on griddle
- Assemble and enjoy!
