This is me, laying in bed in pain from cramping. My back hurts, my uterus shedding or whatever but I need to GET UP and turn my light off. The light is currently an obstacle in my attempt to see my TV. But I’m suffering with pain and I would have to still GET UP to get my meds.

Thru the pain, I’m going to breathe and focus enough to accomplish these small steps that will make me more comfy. I will lay here long enough to gather my strength but I’m going to have to GET UP eventually or the obstacles will never be removed.

There may be moments where you want to lay there because life hurts but get focused enough to GET UP and overcome the obstacles. Action is the key to forward progression.
