HAT SALE. Had 60 hats waiting to be cleaned and listed so we (my wife mostly) attempted to clean them all. Here’s the process! I will be selling them on my story the next few days. Let me know if you’re interested in anything!

Recently, I changed up my sourcing strategy and decided to go to the Goodwill Outlet Store, more commonly referred to as the Goodwill Bins, at least once a week. Here everything is sold by the pound ($2.19 per pound for clothes and $1.19 per pound for everything else). Stuff is placed in these big blue bins and people rummage through bins full of anything and everything. It has completely changed my business!

Here are just a few pictures of things I found here. Some of the items you see are things that have already sold while others are still available. I have a couple cents to a couple dollars into every item I find here which makes for quite the profit margin!
