On August 31st 2019 we put our prototype thru trial by fire (literally) by participating in the largest BBQ competition in Latin America. We couldnt be happier with the results, and look forward to continue polishing this beast. We did a brisket and a pound cake dessert and the results were delicious!

On July 31st we tested our grill and smoker combo, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The beast held steady temperature at 225, it was easy to control, and very efficient. We got a winner on our hands!🤴🏽🦍

El 31 de Julio pusimos a prueba nuestro ahumador y asador combo y supero nuestras expectativas. Mantuvo temperaturas estables, fue fácil de controlar, y muy eficiente!
