the ultimate commendation to holleys angel/hero sandy hickey, she has opened her home to me during my search for a permanent one and is involved in actually developing a plan of action for everything from rehab and health issues,diet. coordinating agencies that will help locate living facilities and benefits I am eligible for and generally putting on her cheerleader outfit to cheer me on with encouragement and tough love. I finally feel that things will work out somehow. mhh

so excited.. just invited back to the stevie ray Vaughn rememberance ride oct.5 at cowboys in Arlington. this is the most prestidigious biker/and concert show evah.last years headliner was johnny winter.in one of his last shows. will post the details and this years headliner and invites.soon this is a must see event. mhh

made it out to cpn pub with the bluz katz booth sunday for blues on the boat with gulf coast organ trio. had some good help and lots of clientele showed up.very tiring but in a good way. still dealing with drs. and looking for a home but this made me feel alive again. gotta keep on keeping on. look for me out and about more. xoxo mhh

getting use to my hospitaql bed the dr, ordered, can breath, better sitting up and avoid lung congestion. also can sit up and work better. also got a new deluxe walker but sent the bed side potty back. thank god for the insurance co. and drs. orders. I have a long row to hoe of doctors referred by my new gp. am gonna try to see if I can btring bluz katz out some. will post when and where. trying to get my life going again including a permanent place.it has been hell including losing david to begin with and losing my health in the process. trying to look ahead. mhh

woke up at new place ,listening to muddy and catching up on fb. new holleys angels to salute...the incomparable erin rose the most organized girl on the planet,sis charlotte,dear Elaine ricci, and caregivers kim and shanna for giving me a temp, home to recoup in. you all literally saved my life. some heat induced set backs, dr. next week so had to put outings on hold...but not for long, thanks for the awesome supplies and caring. xoxo mhh

AM NOW IN A SAFE NEW HOME FOR RECOUP. MY NURSES ARE AVAILABLE HERE AND ARE WORKING TO GET ME BACK TOGETHER AND WHOLE.HAVE THE MIBNTY MITE VAN BACK AND MAY FORAGE OUT SOME THIS WEEK. A HOST OF HOLLEYS ANGELS TODAY. STARTING WITH THE INCOMPARABLE ELAINE RICCI WHO TOOK ME OUT TO RUN ERRANDS AND BROUGHT HEALTHY FOOD. THE ALWAYS THER TO HELP SARINA MARKS AND MY EX IN LAWS DAISY AND JOHN EARL STERLING ALL THE WAY FROM TOM BALL LATE EVENING TO SET UP MY OXYGEN WHICH I WAS SORELY IN NEED OF. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. ALL OF THESE FOLKS HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND HAVE SHOWN WHO REAL FRIENDS ARE. I OWE EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME SO MUCH AND WHEN I AM WELL AM PLANNING THE BIGGEST ANGEL BLOW OUT PARTY SEEN IN THIS TOWN. TO THANK THEM IN A SMALL WAY FOR THE CAREING GIVEN TO ME. more holleys angels to report. boyd bluestine for his donation of a supper comfortable bed, serena marks for coordinating it all and big e for providing a place to chill for a while out of the confines of a nursing home for a while. another stay in one may be in order but will try not to do so if possible. xoxo mhh
