Hi friends!! It’s me—> the Southern Oily Girl. Where did that name even come from? //

Well, I was introduced to the YL oil world by a sweet friend who loves to refer to her team as the “oily team” so I decided to join her in this “oily life” and that is how I came up with Southern Oily Girl!! //

I joined YL with no expectations of a second income, with no expectation of saleing oils or even really spending a lot of money on them. But I am starting to realize that the more I am learning (because WOAH-my PSK came with so many resources) that I actually really enjoy these oils and their versatility. I love all the different ways that I am getting to use them. That’s why I have been sharing more about them. The PSK was stinking amazing. 2 weeks in y’all and I’m already breaking down old oil bottles and getting them ready to make new oils so I can share them with all of you! //

I started experimenting with Vitality Oil this weekend, well as soon as I was able to tear into my PSK.

I started with lemon in my water (heavenly) than I tried Lime with my dinner and then used the Oregano in a spaghetti recipe! I was happy with all three 🙏🏼 Vitality Oil = if your not in the loop yet means that they are labeled with a white label and say Vitality on the front. These bottles of oil are safe to ingest

Below is a list of some vitality oils :

CITRUS- Bergamot, Citrus Fresh, Grapefruit, Jade, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Tangerine

HERBS- Basil, Lemongrass, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender, Peppermint, Spearmint

SPICES- Black Pepper, Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Ginger, Carrot Seed, Celery Seed, and Dill

SUPPLEMENT OILS- Digize, Endo Flex, Frankincense, Thieves.

Happy Monday y’all. I just wanted to pop on here really quick and show y’all some of the things I’ve been playing with lately. On Sunday I unpackaged my Christmas Spirit oil, and popped it into my Young Living Car Diffuser (best car air freshener-hands down) and I’m breathing in all the things fall smells!! My car smells like pumpkin pie. (😁🎃) I also did 5 drops of Christmas Spirit in the diffuser last night before bed time. The whole room smelled like fall/Christmas! If your looking for a new oil blend to diffuse, look no further. This oil is a blend of Citrus, Orange, Cinnamon Bark, Black Spruce, and 100% pure- therapeutic grade essential oil!

Welcome to SouthernOilyGirl! My name is Chelsea and I live ~deep in the heart of TX~ but I haven’t always lived here. I was born and raised in the small town of Checotah OK! -

But regardless of where I am at, there are several things that have remained the same. Like my love for traveling, nature, photography, vintage, refurbished stuff, coffee, food, things that smell good, putting cute outfits together, making people laugh, my friends and family, and places like Starbucks, Target, hole in the wall boutiques, Roolee, and Hobby Lobby. I enjoy football on Saturdays (BOOMER SOONER) and go AGGS! I got that touch of southern hospitality so yeah, I like to feed people - mostly Chuys creamy jalapeño dip. But that is all just a little bit about me... Lately my newest thing is Essential Oils but even then MOST importantly, my love for Jesus surpasses it all!! -
