Future and Returning customers please read❣️
I have noticed an increase in messages regarding my prices (quotes). While this should be something I should normally be excited about, I am not. The reason being I’m not excited about this insane amount of message requests, is that I get GHOSTED. Nobody likes being ghosted, especially when I take time out of my day to reply to all questions/concerns.😪 I’m not sure if people are just curious on my prices and hence the amount of message requests asking for a “quote “.

It is very frustrating navigating all these messages just to get ghosted. This is very discouraging as a small home business. Why? Because once you send over a message, I take my time to read thoroughly your request. I start gathering information to give you an adequate price. I sometimes even try to be understanding on today’s economy and offer alternatives to be able to stay within your budget. I go out of my way to answer questions, because I genuinely care about my business, my brand, my time and your time. I strive to give my best in everything that I do. Then, when you ghost me, that’s when I start to question everything. Did I price too high? Too low? Is my work not enough ? Is this the competition trying to know my prices ??
So many things go through my mind, so please please just reply. This will at least let me know I am not the problem, nor my product. If you already took 10-15 min to go back and forward with me about the design/flavor/date, it will not hurt you to take 2 extra minutes to let me know if you will be booking or not.
-Now, NO ONE is entitled to reply, I understand that. Just know there is a real person behind all the DMS. A real person who’s asking you to please respect her time. Time is money, time is valuable.

**To all my returning customers, just know I value your support, and I truly appreciate every time you guys come back. Your loyalty and respect towards my business does not go unnoticed. 💗
