Not everybody is going to like your work, your style, your prices, your methods, your personality, or your approach.

And that’s okay.

What confuses me sometimes is when people get personally offended because someone says, “That’s not for me.”

Well… it wasn’t made for everybody.

Imagine if every artist, musician, baker, designer, author, or speaker got upset every time someone didn’t like what they created. We’d never create anything.

The goal isn’t to make everyone like your work.

The goal is to allow God to send the people who do.

If someone doesn’t like what you do, they have options:

* Keep scrolling.
* Support someone else.
* Find a style that fits them better.

👉None of that takes away from the “value” of what you create.

👉Maturity is understanding that someone’s preference is not an attack‼️‼️‼️

You can respect a person’s opinion without needing their approval. 👑

Life has taken us on a journey, that’s for sure.

We’ve laughed together, cried together, grown together, and walked through seasons that could have easily broken us. But through God’s grace, we’re still here.

Today, I celebrate the man you are, not just as my husband, but as a father, a provider, a protector, and a man who keeps getting back up no matter what life throws his way.
