6 days ago someone t-boned the hell out of our trailer. Bent up the stinger and hitch on our truck. And that’s just what we could see. We got knocked down to our knees. We had 5 days to figure this out. We decided we’re not done yet. We will be using our 1UP mushroom to make it to Geek'd Con THIS weekend. Hit up these deals before someone else does!

EDIT: We rented a U-Haul, got to the wreckers to collect what was left. Unfortunately, too much was lost. We tried our very hardest. But our displays were completely demolished. Someone ran a stop sign, tagged our trailer with the whole face of their vehicle, and just like that, our entire business is down for the count. For now?

Guys, it’s been rough. So rough. And then this happened today on the way to work Oklahoma Comic Con. We were hit from the side. Everyone involved is okay that we know of.

Our trailer is completely trashed. And so much of our hard work was scattered all over the highway.

But you know what? Come out and support what’s left of us anyway! Because we plan to stay smiling and fight on. We will definitely need a hundred hugs this weekend though. Or even just a few really good ones. And if you just happen to have a spare one in your bag, another trailer.

We are literally loading up the trailer right now for our big visit with Tulsa, Oklahoma.

We’re sure you all understand and forgive the lack in posts. We’d like you all to know we will still be attending scheduled events.

We’d like to clarify our latest posting of the GoFundMe page. That posting was accidental and premature. I apologize for the absence of context. We have since edited that.

Many of you who follow us know our Mama Kim and how she has inspired us to grow. She invested so much of herself into anyone that came around her and most of all, into her garden. She had a lot of pride in her hard work and loved to admire the beauty that bloomed from that hard work. As her dementia started to take over her mind, our family continued to carry her joy of gardening on even when she couldn’t.

As of yesterday afternoon, she peacefully left us. Mama Kim was surrounded by the love of her remaining family.

It has been extremely hard to keep an active page during this time. But we share this sad news with our followers because you are all what make us a functioning small family business. And some of you we know have been quite invested in our Mama Kim. Which we are forever grateful for. Thank you to everyone who has taken time to visit with her. Give her hugs. Sent cards and letters. Purchased her homegrown plants. And anything else that has contributed to her happiness.

We have one more favor to ask. We are working on keeping her memory alive with her plants and right here at home with her family. If you have even just a few dollars to spare, that’s a few dollars more towards our goal.

Dementia gave her no choice but to live in the exact moment. And some of you really made that moment in that time very special for her. We thank you with everything in our hearts.
