Hello beautiful people!

We are always trying new things here at Alchemy Arcadia, and my most recent venture is one I have been wanting to try for many years: Precious Metal Clay (PMC). I have been researching it and following many PMC artists for years and finally decided to go for it.

In this video, I am torch firing a piece with a cubic zirconia for the first time. It didn't go as planned 😂. Every single piece is a learning experience, and we love every single second of it!

Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is a moldable, pliable material made from powdered precious metals (such as silver, gold, or platinum), combined with a binding agent and water. When heated (fired) in a kiln or with a torch, the binding agent burns away, leaving behind a solid, pure metal piece.
