1st boil of the season in our new evaporator! We had about 430 gallons of sap on day 1. We will be boiling every weekend from here on out. We have syrup available to purchase now! Reach out to get some or stop by on maple weekend 3/15 & 3/16 anytime after 8:30am! 🍁

Grade A Amber. Can meet in Henniker, Weare or surrounding area or we can send by mail. To keep the US mailing simple we use a $17 flat rate box(+ cost of syrup) that can hold the following: 1 gallon, or 2 half gallons, or 3 quarts, or 6 pints. If only getting 1 glass 8.5oz or one pint, we will box and put in flat rate envelope for $10.50(+ cost of syrup). See pictures for prices. Any profits made we invest in lines and updating the RO machine for next season. The taste and color of this year's syrup is really good. See attached pics.
