FAQS-
📍Will you ship internationally?? yes! I can and will ship internationally, but please be aware that you are fully responsible for shipping costs.
📍What forms of payment do you accept?? I can take Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
📍How long does it take for commissions to be made?? I take 2-3 days to find materials for, put together, and create commissions.
📍When do we pay?? Once commission & shipping details are in order then we will discuss payment and work on your product will begin asap.
📍What’s your avg. candle burning time?? Anywhere from 50-70hrs depending on candle size.
📍How long will my bookmark last/be in good condition for?? Take good care of it and honestly it could last you a couple years!
📍What if my commission order gets damaged on it’s way to me?? If this happens please please PLEASE send me pictures of the damaged product and from that point we can either choose to do a refund or I can replace your item for you. I want to do everything I can to ensure you still get what you paid for.
