Every bucktail I make is built to order. I don't just pull one off the rack. Whether I have a skirt I pre-tied or you want a custom blend, I'll build it how you want it.

If you want different weights, two or three skirts, or different blades, I can do that too.

Hayward Bait and Bottle Shop and Jenk's Bait and Tackle each have a different mix of colors. I have a few different ones on my website https://uncle-als-custom-musky-lures.myshopify.com/ also to show what I can build.

Excited to announce the new Pulse 10|9

Extra thick (.040") size 10 blade paired with a hex 9. More weight, more push, and a harder pulse than the 8/9.

Even though it takes me longer, I tie all my own skirts.

When I first started, I bought a few pre-tied skirts, and I had two come undone.

That’s all it took for me.

I won't sell baits that fall apart.

Now everything is tied by me using the toughest thread on the market.

The final step in the process separates Uncle Al's from the rest. My proprietary secret that guarantees you find tinsel floating in your net.

Every component in musky fishing has to be tough, down to the smallest detail.
