Pre-opening inspection: PASSED!
The inspector gave us the official thumbs up, which means the hardest part of the journey is officially behind us.
We might still be waiting on the physical sticker to arrive, but the paperwork is signed and the celebration has officially begun.

We are one massive step closer to opening our windows and serving you all. The countdown is officially on—get ready for Golden Hour Sips!☀️

It’s officially a Pink Pony. We’ve decided that every Drink of the Month from here on out will be part of our Pink Pony collection. We’re exclusively using Pink House Alchemy to craft these botanical sips, giving you a fresh way to celebrate golden hour each month.
It’s colorful, it’s curated, and it’s officially our favorite new tradition. New month, new syrup, same Pink Pony energy. ✨

There’s something terrifying and beautiful about cutting a giant hole in a perfectly good trailer. 😅 Before today, there was no window here—just a blank canvas.
But we knew that to serve you the way we dreamed, we had to break through the walls.

Now, the light flows in exactly how we imagined. It’s a reminder that sometimes you have to take a leap (and a power tool) to make space for the magic. We can’t wait for you to step up to this window. 🥂🛠️"
