Mexico Veracruz Grade A - Planifolia Variety - $20 / $18 Per Ounce
Grown in the lush, tropical region of Veracruz, Mexico, an area celebrated for its rich volcanic soil, humid climate, and deep-rooted vanilla heritage, these vanilla beans offer a beautifully complex flavor profile. A rich, bold, and exceptionally smooth vanilla foundation is layered with honeyed sweetness, delicate floral nuances, and pronounced spicy undertones, creating a harmonious and deeply satisfying experience. Guatemala Grade A - Cribbiana Species - $30 per ounce
Grown in the fertile soils of Guatemala, our Cribbiana species vanilla orchids benefit from the perfect blend of tropical climate and volcanic terrain. The result is a Vanilla Bean that is plump but short (only about 3-4 inches), luscious, and bursting with an exceptional medley of sweet, creamy, and floral notes. You will get notes of roasted chiles with earthy raisins and chocolate undertones. There is no minimum quantity purchase.

As always, FREE SHIPPING on all US orders. We try our best to ship all orders placed on opening day, the following business day. Orders placed during the rest of the co-op will be shipped every few business days throughout the sale.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Co-op orders are packaged together, by origin, in one package unless you choose the convenience fee to split them up at checkout (Ex. an order of 6 oz. will be in one - 6 oz. vacuum sealed package). When the convenience fee is selected, please leave a note how you want your packages split in EVEN (2 oz, 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz.) increments.
