Jimmy had a day metal detecting for Michigan Float Copper. This is the big one. This one will be highly sought after by collectors due to the patina. Shoutout to , we’re still trying to break one of there shovels, it’s going to happen eventually.

Jimmy had a heck of a two hours detecting for Michigan Float copper using his Minelab Metal Detectors Another shoutout to CKG Metal Detecting, their shovel is unreal. We’re going to break one eventually but we haven’t yet. This specimen is awesome, cleaned up pictures at the end. the next video will have the big piece you’ll see briefly later on in the video during power washing.

Jimmy had an amazing 2 hours of metal detecting for Michigan float copper today. The equinox series of detectors are great copper machines. Another shoutout to for the best shovel we’ve ever used.

Finally getting some work done in the new shop. All this float copper is found while metal detecting in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Some will eventually get listed on eBay and Etsy but if anything catches your eye it just takes a private message. Shout out to old hand designs on instagram for the custom stands.

I’ve had a Minelab Manticore metal detector for a couple years but I’ve never really used it because I know my Minelab Equinox 800 so well. I did ok for my first real hunt detecting for float copper in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It did hit a little better than my 800 as I had someone else using that detector.

Jimmy found an unreal specimen. We should have went home after this but the mosquitoes were happy we didn’t.
