Due to an Emissions systems failure our amazing Tool truck will not be making its normal rounds today. Parts are on order and we hope to have everything back up and running next week.

Miller Pro Tools knows we have the best customers. Today definitely proves that!

At various points over the last 5 years we have had the pleasure of being the tool provider for most of the Schmitt family. Today we received this amazing gift handmade by the Schmitts. Knife, pen and stand all personally made for their best tool guy (yep that's Miller Pro Tools)!!!

We always strive to do the best we can and know we are spread thin but when we get something like this we know our customers care just as much as we do!

UPDATE UPDATE
Wednesday February 10th
Miller Pro Tools is now able to take all payments at this time. We are using a new system to give us better customer service. You may have been texted a link to pay your tool bill with us. Please use that to keep your bill current from last week. Moving forward as we see each customer we will be storing cards and payment info for recurring payments. We thank everyone for sticking with us through these challenges we face as a growing business.

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 6TH
To all customers that had a scheduled payment for today you may have noticed NO payment has been processed yet.

Why?

Miller Pro Tools uses a system to process cards through our franchisee (Cornwell Quality tools). We have been informed of an outage and are unable to process any card payments at the moment. Please allow for a delayed processed payment which will eventually run. This may push into next week.

If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to reach out we will do our best to answer questions.

What can you do to help us?

In the meantime please account for those payments and know they will be processed as soon as the system is up and running again.
