We had a great time at Tiffini's show and made a delicious German Chocolate Lava Cake! Try this delicious recipe:
2/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 tsp canola oil
1/4 cup pecan halves
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 small (9oz) pkg devil's food cake
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Microwave coconut in uncovered Round Covered Baker 2-3 mins or until golden brown. Spread over parchment paper to cool. Brush emptied baker with oil. Coarsely chop pecans with Food Chopper. Mix pecans, half of coconut, and 1 cup of milk in Small Batter Bowl. Mix cake mix, sour cream, remaining milk, and egg in Classic Batter Bowl. Pour batter into baker. Pour coconut mixture evenly over batter. Microwave uncovered 3-5 mins or until center of cake looks moist (but not wet). Cover baker and let stand 5 mins. Top cake with remaining coconut and drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
