We have several new members, so here’s a quick update on how things work:
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 3–5 business days AFTER payment unless otherwise stated on a post. Wholesale turnaround is 7–10 business days for larger orders. These times may change during high-volume seasons. (ex. if you received a invoice on April 15th and you did not pay your invoice until April 21st your order will not be started until after your payment has come through and then that is when your 3-5 business days start.)
Do you ship?
Yes! We primarily use USPS, but UPS is also available.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order at our Hamilton gift store. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please ONLY pick up packages with YOUR name on them. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, you must notify us in advance so we can keep track of what is being picked up.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.

Can we shop in-store?
Yes! Store hours are Monday–Friday 11 AM–5 PM and Saturday 10 AM–2 PM.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We offer wholesale for team stores, businesses, fundraisers, and more. We can even print tees for your shop. Our wholesale minimum starts at just 10 tees.
Are we licensed?
Yes! we are licensed by Troy, MSU, The W, Ole Miss, The FFA, and Sororities!
How do you print?
We print in-house using the softest ink possible. While most items are printed in-house, some may be outsourced occasionally. If so, turnaround times may be slightly longer, and this will always be noted on the post.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
At this time, WE DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item has a defect due to an error on our part, we will replace it. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your item.
