We are inviting you to not only come and eat but to share where God has transformed your way of thinking, brought freedom, and where the hope of Jesus Christ has met you in the midst of your issues! Come and join us this month.

Grace Centered Recovery will come to a close on April 17th, 2025. We feel the last 5 years have been a wonderful reminder that only our identity in Jesus Christ truly sets us free! If you have been a part of this ministry in anyway, thank you! We believe that the Bitterroot valley has more than a couple of biblical recovery groups in place and our season has come to an end. We are looking forward to what God has next. We are still offering biblical counseling and support through other channels within Canyon View Church here in Hamilton. You may call the church directly at 406-363-4244. Thank you again and remember.......

Thank you Kristina for a powerful testimony of God's love!

"God loves us too much to answer our prayers in any other time than the right time and in any other way than in the right way."

What's the difference between a slow cooked pot roast and fast food? Flavor and quality. It's the same with personal change. We'd like to think that with a new year, we could wake up on January 1st and be a new person with new habits and change. But God's process is interested in quality and yes, making his flavor in you! Like a crock pot, it is a slow process called SANCTIFICATION. God's process of turning you and I into the image of Jesus Christ. It is slow and it is also beautiful! Join us this evening as we discuss God's quality work only found in Jesus Christ and the book of Hebrews 6:30 pm

Amanda Schmitt gave a wonderful testimony at GCR! So good to hear of God's faithfulness over her life and his provision to meet her while struggling with an eating disorder. What a friend we truly have in Jesus!

" He predestined us to be adopted as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of his good will..." Ephesians 1:4

Are you defined by how strong you are? If strength for this life is defined by you and I maintaining, staying strong, then most of us have already failed by now. God defines strength differently.

Romans 5:6 states that "while we were still helpless, at the right time, Christ died for the ungodly..." Why does this matter for you and your issues? Because you and I need divine help. The gospel of Jesus Christ provides the supernatural ability to be strong, to receive strength that we need, especially when we are feeling weak. As long as we perceive strength is to be found in ourselves, we will walk in frustrating weakness and continuing sin. But if we look outside ourselves, we will find strength provided for our needs and the healing to walk it out. And perhaps a little joy at what we've found! Join us again on Thursday September 5th at 6:30 pm at Canyon View Church for more on strength and identity.
