Hello, all my wonderful Thistles and all my glorious Twigs!
I am creeping out from hibernation to let all of you know that I am stepping into production again! And this time I am doing it with help! My new business manager, Crystal Sera Baker will be along shortly to introduce herself and tell you a little bit more about her role in the company for now though, I can tell you that she will be primarily be handling the logistics side of things including some of the social media logistics. I am going to take time to focus more on the creative and design side of things so I can get back to the parts I truly enjoy, getting quality, comforting, herbal based products out to all of you, my wonderful, beautiful, shining customers.
I also want to take this moment to update you on some changes.
For the time being we will not be accepting online orders. We are going to focus on local events and consignment spaces in local shops. During which we will also be working on getting a Shopify set up but until it is set up and all the shipping links are ironed out, we will only able servicing local communities.
I apologize for the inconvenience and for the sad news this may be for some of you but we need to operate on a slower time table this go around. I promise it's not only for the benefit of the shop but the benefit of all our customers, current and future, to be able to enjoy Thistle & Twig products consistently for years to come.
