Starting monday 1/16/23 any order questions, issues, etc send an email to [email protected]. include name,address, order number, and if no order number then kits purchased and method of payment instead

This change is to help streamline problem solving because both me and derek can see these inboxs at the same time which will allow for quicker response and remedy and minimize gunting down information. You can still dm to let us know you sent an email. But all communications about the order will be done through these emails. This way it cuts down on hunting for information and less chance of things falling through the cracks. If you have any questions feel free to dm me i hope this will help deal with some of the communication issues that have been going on with the hoard and allow for quicker resolution of issues
