📢 SENPAI SHOP PSA — A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS 📢
We love our community, we love having everyone in the shop, and we want Senpai Shop to continue being a fun place to hang out, play, trade, and collect.
That being said… we need to go over a few things. 😂
1️⃣ “BUT I CAN GET IT CHEAPER ONLINE!”
If you ask for the price of something and don’t like the price, that’s completely okay. You are NEVER obligated to buy it.
But loudly announcing “I can get it cheaper online!” in front of a shop full of customers isn’t necessary.
If you can find a better deal online, by all means, grab it!
Just remember that when you support a local card shop, you’re helping support a business that hosts events, provides a place for the community to play, supports local causes, and donates to children’s charities.
We can’t always compete with every random online listing—and we’re not going to try to.
2️⃣ 🍕 THE PIZZA IS FOR EVERYBODY
When Senpai Shop buys pizza for a game day or event, it’s for EVERYONE.
Please grab a couple slices, let everyone get some, and THEN go back for seconds if there’s extra.
If there are 24 slices of pizza, one person should probably not be responsible for 10 of them. 😂
3️⃣ 🔄 WE CAN DECLINE TRADES
We love trades, but we are not obligated to accept every trade that comes across the counter.
Sometimes we already have too many copies of something. Sometimes an item is difficult to move. Sometimes we simply don’t need it.
We have to consider inventory, demand, and liquidity.
We’re not always going to trade something that sells every day for something that’s going to become a permanent resident of our display case. 😂
4️⃣ 📚 PLEASE PUT BINDER CARDS BACK
If you pull cards from our binders and change your mind, PLEASE PUT THEM BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM.
Pulling 50–100 cards, bringing them to the register, deciding you don’t want them, and leaving the entire stack for us to put away creates a lot of unnecessary work.
And if you’re unsure about prices:
JUST ASK US!
Imagining stickering 20,000+ cards every day trust me it’s not fun.
We’re happy to check prices for you before you pull a giant stack from the binder.

Senpai Shop is supposed to be a fun, welcoming place for collectors and players. A little courtesy toward the staff and the other people in the shop goes a long way.
