Curator’s Note: Finger Lakes ReUse (FLR) has been growing in response to community demand (40% increase in donation drop-offs each year, for 10 years!), without enough resources to keep up.

This Giving Tuesday, we are sharing our very first fundraising campaign!! The Day of Giving happens every year on the first Tuesday following Thanksgiving. It's recognized as a global day of generosity.

As a 501c3 nonprofit, we aim to collect and divert significant amounts of reusable materials through a retail space and by working with community partners to ensure quality reusable items are placed into the hands of those that need it. We're excited to continue expanding in the near future with workshops, educational programs, and community events as we work towards creating a permanent space where the community can come together, share resources, and support a circular economy.
