One thing that always helps? Picking up a paintbrush. I’m definitely not a professional painter, but for a little while, painting lets me slow down, breathe, and quiet all the noise in my head. It’s a gentle reminder that creating something doesn’t have to be perfect to be healing. If life has felt a little overwhelming lately, maybe this is your reminder to make something paint, color, craft, sew, journal… anything that brings you a little joy. Creating won’t solve everything, but sometimes it’s exactly the pause our hearts need. ❤️‍🩹
