Spaghetti night… 🍝

Sometimes you just need something quick, easy… and seriously satisfying. And let’s be honest..spaghetti can either be basic… or it can be 🔥 depending on how you make it.

I’ve learned a few little “secret” upgrades over time that take it from average to what did you put in this?!

✨ Italian sausage for extra flavor
✨ A little brown sugar to balance the sauce
✨ And yes… bacon (because why not?)
Of course you can use whichever noodles you prefer.

I never said this one was the healthiest 😂 but it is packed with protein and absolutely hits the spot.

And let’s talk about the garlic bread for a second…

I haven’t bought store-bought garlic bread in I don’t even know how long. It’s SO easy to make in the air fryer and tastes fresher, crispier, and honestly just better it’s also so much cheaper!

A little late sharing from “taco Tuesday night quote. In fact, I am overdue sharing lots of recent meals.

Done else LOVE fish + shrimp tacos… or is it just me?! 🌮🔥 (or homemade guacamole)

There’s just something about that smoky, bold blackened seasoning that takes it to another level. I’m telling you… once you make it yourself, there’s no going back. 🍽️🍤🍣

And the best part?
You probably already have everything you need sitting in your spice cabinet 👏

Even when life gets busy, this is one of those meals that feels like a treat but is super easy to throw together.

Of course, if you aren’t a fish or shrimp fan this seasoning is AMAZING on chicken too.

Who else loves breakfast for dinner? 🍳

There’s just something about it that hits different at night.

One of my favorite things to do? Turn it all into gourmet breakfast quesadillas 🤌🏼🔥

They also are excellent for leftovers if you have an air fryer as they won’t be soggy the next morning.

If you need a guaranteed crowd-pleaser… this is it. ✨

Spinach ricotta ravioli with a creamy Marsala sauce is always a huge hit, whether you’re making it for your family on a weeknight 🍽️ or wanting to impress your significant other ❤️

The best part?
You can make the ravioli from scratch 👩‍🍳… or grab your favorite store-bought version and simply boil. Easy either way. 🙌

The cast iron does make a huge difference as all the flavors come together, I seared chicken thighs 🍗 and sautéed mushrooms to bring extra richness to the dish , but it’s completely customizable.

Not a mushroom fan? Leave them out.
Not into Marsala? Swap it for a creamy white sauce 🤍 or even a red sauce 🍅
Prefer seafood? This is incredible with fish 🐟 or shrimp 🍤
More of a comfort food mood? Add sausage 🌿

It’s versatile, elevated, and still simple enough to make without stress. ✨

These caramelized sweet potato cubes our next level, and always a hit. I make them throughout the year, but they are a perfect Thanksgiving dish.
They’re simple, for the most part, have health benefits because of the sweet potato nutrition value! However, this is my version that is also known as “Candied” in which I will share my recipe below. One tip make sure to be very careful when cutting as sweet potatoes can be tricky, even with the right knife. But once they’re cubed, the rest is effortless. This is my personal favorite version, but feel free to adjust the spices or sweetness to make them truly your own.
