Walking through town feels like time-traveling with a sweet tea in hand. It’s the kind of place where history doesn’t just live - it thrives.

Our stay at Firefly Resort in Fredericksburg, TX was the kind of glamping dream that makes you consider selling everything and moving into a luxury RV full-time.

Beautifully designed spaces, peaceful vibes, and just the right touch of Hill Country charm. We loved every minute - from morning coffee with a view to starry nights by the fire. Bonus points for being just minutes from Main Street and all the wine, food, and fun our hearts (and stomachs) could handle.

One of those “let’s just pop in real quick” moments that turned into OMG what is this magic?!

Our random stop at Piccolina in Fredericksburg, TX blessed us with the BEST Italian ice I’ve ever had - no exaggeration. Bright, bold flavors, the perfect texture, and a vibe that made me feel like I’d stumbled into a sweet corner of Italy (but make it Texas).

We were not prepared… and now I’m emotionally attached.

We are eternally grateful for the mind-blowing hospitality shown to us by Chris, Randy, Bam, John, and Emiliano. From sipping straight from the barrel to sharing stories in the rickhouses - and yes, even wielding the whiskey sword - it was the kind of experience that reminds you why bourbon is more than just a drink… it’s about the people.

We can’t wait for the day y’all come visit us in Orlando so we can return the favor, Southern-style.

This cocktail is a dreamy blend of Still Austin’s bourbon, cold brew coffee, oat milk, and simple syrup. It’s rich, smooth, and subtly sweet - like a boozy iced latte made for sipping slowly. I ordered it at their cocktail bar, and it was the perfect way to wind down after our barrel tasting adventure.

Still Austin, you’ve got a new fan. Sweet Baby, you’re unforgettable.
