Location: Fowler, CO (Southeast Colorado, serving Arkansas Valley and surrounding areas)
About Us: ACM Diesel specializes in the repair and maintenance of Over-The-Road Trucks, Farm Equipment, Feed Trucks, Heavy Equipment, and various diesel-powered engines.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Shop Mechanic and or Field Mechanic to join our dedicated team of experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-frame and out-of-frame engine builds.
• Conduct a wide range of repairs and maintenance on diesel engines.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to enhance our team dynamic.
Requirements:
• Experience with large diesel engines is essential.
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and background checks.
• CDL is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:
• Hourly rate: $27.50–$45.00, based on experience (DOE).
• Overtime and holiday pay included.
Benefits:
• 50% paid health insurance (low deductible, low out-of-pocket maximum).
• Dental and vision insurance available.
• Supplemental insurance options (life, cancer, accidental).
• Uniforms provided.
• 40 hours PTO (first year of service).
• 40 hours paid sick leave.

-Less than 100 miles on a full out of frame rebuild for a show truck. Customer decided to go another direction.

-3406C block with round port head and 3406B injection pump.

-New Full Tilt manifold.

-New PDI BIG BOSS turbo.

-New Fuel Nozzles.

-Injection pump was rebuilt from a reputable pump shop, set to 450hp but is 700hp capable.

-New water pump, new A/C compressor, new air compressor, new fan hub, new starter, new oil cooler.
