We’re incredibly proud of our own Matthew Naizer as he prepares for his DMA Ensemble Recital this Friday evening.

Matthew is one of our instructors at The Guitar Studio in Fort Worth, and it’s been a privilege to watch his artistry, dedication, and musicianship continue to grow at such a high level. This recital marks an important milestone in his doctoral work, and we’re excited to see him share this program with an outstanding group of collaborators.

We’re especially excited that part of the program will feature a guitar duet with fellow Guitar Studio instructor Scott Stice, performing the Sonata in A Major for Two Guitars by Antoine de Lhoyer.

If you’re able, we’d love for you to come out and support him.

March 27 at 7:30 PM
Reynolds Auditorium, George E. Cowden Hall
1809 W. Broadus St.
Fort Worth, TX 76115

Featuring Jonathan Armerding (violin), Scott Stice (guitar), and Gabrielle Sanchez (mezzo-soprano)

Hope to see you there.

The Guitar Studio was proud to serve as a Hole Sponsor at the Benbrook Evan White Memorial Blues & Brews Golf Tournament this year.

This wonderful event brings the community together for a great day of golf, music, and fellowship while supporting meaningful local causes.

A special thank you to the organizers and everyone who participated in making the tournament such a success. We were glad to have Jon Souder there representing The Guitar Studio and connecting with members of the community throughout the day.

Supporting events like this is an important part of our mission. Music and community go hand in hand, and we are grateful for opportunities to be involved in gatherings that bring people together.

Set up and ready for the final day at the UT San Antonio Southwest Guitar Symposium.

Altamira Guitars and The Guitar Studio San Antonio are proud sponsors of this fantastic event, and we have a selection of Altamira instruments on display for participants to try throughout the weekend.

As we prepare to open our new San Antonio location, it is especially meaningful to be here connecting with the local guitar community.

Many thanks to Dr. Isaac Bustos and Dr. Alejandro Montiel for their leadership in organizing such a wonderful symposium and for inviting us to be part of it.

If you’re attending the event, stop by the booth, say hello, and try a few guitars.
