First & foremost, as I reflect on the past 8 years, my heart is filled with gratitude for your unwavering support and loyalty to my luxury resale business. Your trust, enthusiasm, and continued patronage have been
a huge factor to my overall success. Each interaction, purchase, and kind word has meant the world to me, and I am extremely thankful for the community we've built together. Your support has turned a dream into a thriving reality, and I am honored to have served you. Thank you for being an essential part of my luxury resale journey. As you may know, I rebranded at the beginning of 2024 with a partner and started operating as Le Lux Bag (fka That Crazy Handbag Lady). We opened a brick and order store in Greenville, Delaware at the end of March. Due to some unexpected (but all good) circumstances, my family relocated back to my home state of Texas in August. As for Le Lux Bag, the store and business IS NOT SHUTTING DOWN or CLOSING. My partner has taken over the store & business and I transitioned out. As for me, after much consideration & prayer, I have decided to leave luxury resale permanently and pursue other ventures. My last day at the store was Wednesday, July 31st. I have rebranded my TikTok platform for my new ventures, as well as my Facebook & Instagram platforms. Due to the complexity of transferring ownership of social media pages, etc., my partner will create new social media pages at some point (but I do not know when). Also, and in light of the transition, please note the following: When the rebranding took place in March, there were existing platforms & providers in place under the name That Crazy Handbag Lady that we simply renamed to Le Lux Bag for the sake of convenience. Moving forward, however, my partner prefers to explore new platforms and providers, so the current ones were discontinued and/or changed to a new name on August 19, 2024. This includes the website, mobile app, text alerts and all social media platforms. Currently, my partner plans to keep using the Le Lux Bag name, but will move forward with new platforms and social media at some point. As for current Consignors: Your items can continue on consignment. There is no need to have them returned or picked up unless that is what you prefer. HOWEVER, if you consigned with me prior to March 2024, please reach out to me to clarify and confirm the current consignment terms. Concerning any outstanding Rewards Balance and Coupon Codes: If you had rewards in your account, they are no longer be valid as of July 31, 2024. This applies to any and all coupon codes that you may have received through marketing emails.
