Hello, it's been a crazy semester! We're almost done and I'm starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I am hoping to do some farmers markets this summer but first need to take a step back and breath. If and when, I have any markets scheduled, I will post here! In the meantime, most of my sauces and chili crunch can be found at the Sunrise Mart and Health Food Shoppe!

Restocked Painted Tree after the Christmas Rush!... it was looking rough! Crazy to step back into this world after an intense two weeks of teaching...I love my sauces and products!

I am temporarily scaling down. I took an English as a second language teaching job at a local high school. I completed a Transition to teaching program years ago but never finished the final part. Now I have an opportunity to finish up and get my teaching license! It feels weird to have spent so much time(especially this year), grinding for new clients, coming up with new sauces, and starting a website, and then suddenly going the other direction. Fresh Fenix WILL continue in some capacity but what that looks like I’m not sure…….The biggest change for now is I will be closing the website(but keeping the data so I can reopen later) I am very proud of what I’ve built and grateful for all of the people who have supported me and my spicy vision and journey….Thank you all and Happy New Year!

Hot sauce spotting in the wild. This is a sauce spotted in the phillipines on the island of Cebu. I hate to give a bad review but it wasn't spicy at all, didn't have much flavor and was loaded with dyes and unecessary preservatives....I get one preservative but why so many? Still was Glad to have any kind of sauce as I wasn't packing any

I'm quite the luddite....still can't believe I made a website! Olive Oil Chili crunch on sale and charapita pepper powder available!

I will be at the the YLNI farmers markets new location (3811 Illinois Road) tomorrow and next Saturday as well! I will have all the hot sauces, chili crunch and hot sauce/chili crunch gift boxes! I heard Santa may show up too!
